The Leadership Team in Kaimes School consists of 1 Head Teacher, 1 x Depute Head Teacher and 3 x Principal Teachers as well as a Business Manager.
Each teaching member of the Leadership Team is a Pupil Support Leader for allocated learners or classes. They are the first point of contact for families beyond class teachers.
As Head Teacher, Eva van Lerven is responsible for ensuring high quality learning, teaching and assessment as well as for leading the development of the school curriculum; pastoral care of pupils; personnel management (including the recruitment and development of staff); and the overall management and allocation of school budget and resources. Eva is the school’s SQA Coordinator.
Eva is also the designated Child Protection Officer.
